At Inspire Fitness Northwest, our mission is simple: to improve lives through physical activity and mindfulness. We believe fitness is for everyone, regardless of age, background, or ability. Our sessions are designed to build strength, confidence, and community, while also improving mental wellbeing.
We create sessions that everyone can enjoy, adapting activities to suit the needs of each individual or group.
We focus on both body and mind, combining physical training with mindfulness techniques like yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
We partner with local schools, youth centres, and organisations to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Inspire Fitness Northwest was founded by Peter and Carl with the vision of building a space where fitness feels welcoming, rewarding, and empowering. Both founders have personal stories of how exercise and mindfulness have transformed their own lives, and they wanted to share those benefits with others.From delivering sessions in schools and community centres to hosting local events, Inspire has become a trusted name in Liverpool for people looking to improve their health while feeling part of something bigger.
We are especially proud of our partnerships with Liverpool’s SEN schools, where we deliver adapted fitness and mindfulness programmes. We’ve seen pupils gain confidence, learn new skills, and find joy in movement — often for the first time.
We also support local community events, outdoor activities, and charity initiatives, always aiming to make fitness fun and accessible for all.
